Chief Lu Chuan from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Tourism Development opens Sabre TTX conference in Beijing

Chief Lu Chuan, Director of City Image and Marketing for the Beijing Municipal Commission of Tourism Development, welcomed Sabre guests to Beijing as they arrived to participate in the Sabre APAC Travel Technology Exchange (TTX) 2016.
Making an address at the TTX welcome dinner in the JW Marriot Beijing, Chief Lu Chuan thanked the international travel industry guests for their contribution to Beijing’s thriving tourism sector, commenting: “I look forward to Sabre continuing to choose Beijing as a conference destination for many years to come.”
Beijing tourism has witnessed rapid development in recent years, making Beijing the world’s leading tourist destination. In 2015, the 3,000 year old city welcomed 4.2 million visitors.
Delegates at the conference are taking in some of the top tourist spots themselves during the week with trips to the Great Wall, Temple of Heaven the Forbidden City all on the agenda.
