LUFTHANSA FLIES ITS FLAGSHIP AIRCRAFT B747-8 TO MUMBAI

The ‘Queen of Skies’ will offer Mumbai area residents premium onboard product on flights from Mumbai to Frankfurt during winter schedule.

With the introduction of the 2016/ 17 winter schedule and underlining the importance of Mumbai on its global network, Lufthansa flies Boeing 747-8 on its Mumbai – Frankfurt route on Diwali night. Starting October 30, the ‘Queen of Skies’ will offer its passengers an enhanced comfort, experience and new technology including premium on board products like modern cabin design concepts and the most up-to-date onboard amenities in all classes. This latest flight schedule will also offer the Mumbai area residents travel choices and better connections to the Lufthansa Group Airlines’ network of 170destinations in over 100 countries.

The deployment of Boeing 747-8 shows once again our strong commitment to the Indian market.”

On the Mumbai – Frankfurt route, the Boeing 747-8 is configured to seat 364 passengers: eight in First Class, 80 in Business Class, 32 in Premium Economy and 244 in Economy Class.
